Method
- Mash banana; pack into ½ cup measure.
- Stir banana and flour until dough forms; knead with oiled hands until smooth.
- Roll into 8 golf-ball-size balls; place on parchment.
- Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 6–7 minutes.
- Brush warm balls with oil/butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve immediately or store as directed above.

Notes
- If your banana is very ripe and soft, the dough may be sticky. Add a little extra flour, 1 tsp at a time.
- No air fryer? You can bake them at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes instead.
