2-Ingredient Banana Donut Holes

These air fryer banana donut holes are made with just mashed banana and self-rising flour, then coated in cinnamon sugar for a warm, sweet finish. Perfect for quick treats, vegan-friendly, and naturally sweetened.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mashed ripe banana about 1 large banana
  • ¾ cup self-rising flour
  • 2 –3 tsp melted coconut oil or vegan butter plus extra for greasing hands
  • ¼ cup sugar or sugar-free monk fruit blend
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Mash banana; pack into ½ cup measure.
  2. Stir banana and flour until dough forms; knead with oiled hands until smooth.
  3. Roll into 8 golf-ball-size balls; place on parchment.
  4. Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 6–7 minutes.
  5. Brush warm balls with oil/butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
  6. Serve immediately or store as directed above.

Notes

  • If your banana is very ripe and soft, the dough may be sticky. Add a little extra flour, 1 tsp at a time.
  • No air fryer? You can bake them at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes instead.
