Air Fryer Apples with Cinnamon

These air fryer apples with cinnamon are warm, tender, and naturally sweet. Tossed with maple syrup and a hint of spice, they make a quick and healthy snack or dessert that’s ready in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large apple diced (about 2 cups or 285 g)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1.5 g
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup or honey 8 ml
  • ½ tablespoon avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil 8 ml

Method
 

  1. Cut apple into 1-inch pieces, leaving skin on if desired.
  2. Toss apple pieces with cinnamon, maple syrup, and oil until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Place apples in basket in a single layer and air fry 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Remove when golden and tender.
  6. Serve immediately or store airtight in fridge for up to 3–4 days.

Notes

  • Great served on top of yogurt, oatmeal, or pancakes.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated gently in the microwave or air fryer.
