Method
- Cut apple into 1-inch pieces, leaving skin on if desired.
- Toss apple pieces with cinnamon, maple syrup, and oil until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
- Place apples in basket in a single layer and air fry 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Remove when golden and tender.
- Serve immediately or store airtight in fridge for up to 3–4 days.

Notes
- Great served on top of yogurt, oatmeal, or pancakes.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated gently in the microwave or air fryer.
