Ingredients
  

  • 3.5 medium Russet potatoes washed, scrubbed, and dried
  • 2.25 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional toppings: sour cream shredded cheese, chopped green onions, bacon bits, butter

Method
 

  1. Use a fork to poke holes around each potato.
  2. Place potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
  6. Flip each potato and cook for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until they are crispy outside and fork-tender inside.
