This air fryer bang bang salmon is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated with a creamy-sweet chili sauce that’s downright addictive. Ready in just 15 minutes, it’s the perfect weeknight dinner with big flavor and minimal effort.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 –4 salmon filets about 4 ounces each
  • 1 tablespoon salmon rub or any spice rub
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2.5 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat salmon dry and rub seasoning all over filets.
  3. Whisk mayo, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey into a smooth sauce.
  4. Brush some sauce on top and sides of the salmon.
  5. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place salmon in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10–12 minutes, until golden and cooked through (130–135°F medium, 145°F well-done).

Notes

  • For extra crisp edges, don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed.
