Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in chopped bacon.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Place in basket in a single layer. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. (Optional) Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve hot and crispy.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer; work in batches if needed.
