Method
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in chopped bacon.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place in basket in a single layer. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- (Optional) Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve hot and crispy.

Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer; work in batches if needed.
- For even cooking, keep all Brussels sprouts cut to roughly the same size.
- Garlic powder is optional but adds great depth.
