Ingredients
  

For the fajitas
  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into strips (or chicken thighs)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 medium orange bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 medium green bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 medium red onion peeled and cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
For serving
  • Corn or flour tortillas
  • Mashed avocado with lime and salt
  • Salsa
  • Shredded cheese
  • Limes
  • Cilantro

Method
 

  1. Season chicken and veggies: In a large bowl, toss chicken, peppers, and onion with oil and fajita seasoning.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray the basket with oil.
  3. Add chicken and veggies in a single layer.
  4. Cook 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Remove and serve hot with tortillas, avocado, salsa, cheese, lime, and cilant

Notes
