Air Fryer Fried Pickles

Crispy and golden dill pickle slices seasoned with Cajun spices and cooked in the air fryer for guilt-free snacking. Perfect for dipping and sharing!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups sliced dill pickles drained and patted dry
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Olive oil spray or cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and cayenne.
  3. Pat the pickle slices dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  4. Dredge pickles in the seasoned flour until evenly coated.
  5. Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray with oil.

Notes

  • If you want a thicker crust, you can dip the pickles in a whisked egg before dredging in flour.
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed.
  • Dill pickles work best, but bread-and-butter pickles add a fun sweet-spicy contrast.
