Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Method
 

  1. Cut & Soak: Slice potatoes into ½″ sticks; soak 15 min in cold water; drain and dry.
  2. Preheat & Toss: Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Toss fries with oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air Fry: Cook in a single layer for 12–15 min, shaking every 5 min, until crisp.
  4. Season: Mix garlic, Parmesan, oregano, and parsley. Toss hot fries in seasoning.
  5. Serve: Enjoy immediately with your favorite dip.
