Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 slice ham or bacon diced
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning of choice

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and seasoning.
  3. Stir in ham, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
  4. Spray a baking dish and pour in egg mixture.
  5. Air fry for 5–10 minutes based on desired doneness.
