- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Rub mixture over chicken.
- In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with olive oil.
