Air Fryer Zucchini

This simple air fryer zucchini recipe turns fresh zucchini into crispy, garlicky bites in minutes. Tossed with olive oil and garlic powder, then sprinkled with Parmesan (if you like), it’s a healthy side or snack that’s ready in a flash.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Slice zucchini into rounds or sticks.
  3. Toss zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, salt.
  4. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispness, pat zucchini dry before seasoning.
  • You can swap garlic powder for Italian seasoning or smoked paprika.
  • Works with yellow squash too!
