Alfredo Sauce Recipe

This easy homemade Alfredo sauce is buttery, cheesy, and decadently creamy—made with heavy cream, Parmesan, and a hint of garlic. It’s ready in under 15 minutes and perfect over fettuccine, penne, or even drizzled on roasted veggies. Way better than store-bought, this classic white sauce is pure comfort in a bowl.

Notes

• Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest texture.
• If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk to loosen.
• Don’t let it boil—gentle simmering keeps it creamy, not grainy.
