Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ English cucumber
  • ½ apple cored and chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root or ⅓ tsp ground ginger
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 lemon juiced (2–3 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Blend almond milk and spinach until smooth.
  2. Add cucumber, apple, celery, banana, mango, ginger, mint, lemon juice, chia seeds, and ice.
  3. Blend for 40–60 seconds until creamy.
  4. Serve immediately.
