Method
- Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil and scramble the eggs. Remove and set aside.
- Heat remaining oil. Stir fry garlic until fragrant.
- Add cabbage and carrots. Stir fry 3–5 minutes.
- Pour sauce over vegetables and toss well.

- Use Napa or green cabbage—both work well in this recipe.
