Ingredients
  

  • pounds ground beef 80/20
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 8 sweet Hawaiian slider buns
  • 1 cup broccoli slaw
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned (5–6 minutes).
  2. Add garlic and sesame oil, then stir in ketchup, hoisin, water, soy sauce, vinegar, and sriracha.
  3. Cook for another 5–6 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  4. Toast the slider buns while the beef simmers.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture onto bottom buns.
