Bacon and Cheese Crustless Quiche

A simple crustless quiche packed with crispy bacon and melty cheddar, baked to golden perfection in under 40 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy; crumble.
  3. Whisk eggs, cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread bacon and cheese in dish; pour egg mixture over.
  5. Bake 30–35 minutes until center is set.
  6. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute half-and-half for the cream and milk if preferred.
  • Add chopped spinach, sautéed mushrooms, or green onions for more flavor.
