Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 10 slices bacon cut in half

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet.
  2. Trim sprouts and remove outer leaves.
  3. Cut bacon in half. Wrap each sprout and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Place on baking sheet seam-side down. Sprinkle with pepper.
  5. Optionally brush with glaze. Bake 25–30 mins, flipping once.
  6. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

  • Choose small-to-medium Brussels sprouts for easy wrapping and even cooking.
