Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet.
- Trim sprouts and remove outer leaves.
- Cut bacon in half. Wrap each sprout and secure with a toothpick.
- Place on baking sheet seam-side down. Sprinkle with pepper.
- Optionally brush with glaze. Bake 25–30 mins, flipping once.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes
- Choose small-to-medium Brussels sprouts for easy wrapping and even cooking.
