Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Set up three dishes: flour in one, beaten eggs with milk in another, and a mix of breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan.
  3. Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the third.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing to coat.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook each chicken breast 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
