Baked Turkey Lasagna Roll-Ups

These baked turkey lasagna roll-ups layer a creamy ricotta filling and seasoned ground turkey inside tender lasagna noodles, rolled up and baked with marinara and melty mozzarella. Easy to make, freezer-friendly, and full of Italian-inspired flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 –10 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese plus ½ cup for topping
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13” baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey with garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper until browned.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Lay noodles flat. Spread with ricotta mixture, then turkey. Roll up.
  5. Spread ½ cup marinara in baking dish. Place roll-ups seam-down.
  6. Top with remaining marinara and ½ cup mozzarella.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill the noodles—just a thin layer of each filling works best for easy rolling.
  • You can substitute ground chicken or beef if desired.
  • Use oven-ready noodles if short on time, but be sure to check baking times.
