Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13” baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook turkey with garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper until browned.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and a pinch of salt.
- Lay noodles flat. Spread with ricotta mixture, then turkey. Roll up.
- Spread ½ cup marinara in baking dish. Place roll-ups seam-down.
- Top with remaining marinara and ½ cup mozzarella.

Notes
- Don’t overfill the noodles—just a thin layer of each filling works best for easy rolling.
- You can substitute ground chicken or beef if desired.
