Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 4×8-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
  3. Mix in baking soda and salt. Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla. Stir well.
  4. Add flour and stir until just combined. Don’t overmix.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 60–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
