- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Add bread cubes to a large bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, cream, milk, condensed milk, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt.
- Stir in mashed bananas and 1 cup walnuts.
- Pour custard over bread cubes, mix gently, and let soak for 20 minutes.
- Spray a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick spray.

Notes
• Day-old or slightly stale bread works best—it soaks up the custard without getting mushy.
• You can swap walnuts for pecans or leave them out for a nut-free version.
