Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or dark
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon cinnamon ¼ cup chopped walnuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mash bananas.
  4. Stir in butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined.

Notes
