Banana Pudding

This banana pudding is a luscious, no-bake dessert layered with sweet vanilla pudding, whipped cream, ripe bananas, and classic Nilla Wafers. Perfect for potlucks, family gatherings, or when you just need a nostalgic treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups ice cold water
  • 1 3.4-ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix (Jell-O brand preferred)
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 12-ounce box Nabisco Nilla Wafers
  • 4 cups sliced ripe bananas

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and water on medium speed until combined (about 1 minute).
  2. Add pudding mix and beat for 2 more minutes.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 3–4 hours or overnight to set.
  4. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the pudding mixture into the whipped cream until smooth and streak-free.
  6. In a large glass bowl (4–5 quarts), layer one-third of the wafers, bananas, and pudding.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm bananas to keep the slices from turning mushy.
