Ingredients
  

  • 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup very cold milk
  • ½ cup very cold water
  • 1 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 11–12 oz box Nilla Wafers (reserve 5-6 wafers and crumbs)
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon clear vanilla flavoring
  • 5 barely ripe bananas sliced

Method
 

  1. Combine sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and cold milk.
  2. Mix 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Add pudding mix; beat 2 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream gently into pudding until smooth.
  7. Layer wafers, bananas, and pudding in dish, repeating layers three times.

Notes

• Use barely ripe bananas to avoid browning and keep the slices firm.
• To prep ahead, slice bananas right before layering to keep them fresh.
