Ingredients
  

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • cup BBQ sauce plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ red onion thinly sliced
  • Chopped fresh cilantro optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toast flatbreads for 3–4 minutes.
  2. Spread BBQ sauce over toasted flatbreads.
  3. Top with chicken, cheese, onion, and extra sauce.
  4. Bake 8–10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  5. Garnish with cilantro, slice, and serve warm.
