- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9–10 inch deep-dish pie plate or 8x11 inch pan.
- Mix cherries with flour, sugar, extracts, zest, and juice. Spread in dish.
- In a bowl, mix sugars and zest. Stir in extracts, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over cherries. Bake 45–50 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool 15–20 minutes before serving.
