- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a small pan, sauté onions in butter until tender. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and breadcrumbs. Let sit 5–10 minutes.

Notes
- Use lean ground beef to prevent a greasy loaf, but avoid extra lean or it may turn out dry.
- You can prep the meatloaf up to 1 day in advance and refrigerate until ready to bake.
