This no-bake blackberry tiramisu brings a fruity twist to the classic Italian dessert. Layers of blackberry syrup–soaked ladyfingers and airy mascarpone cream come together into a light, elegant treat perfect for entertaining or an easy weeknight dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package ladyfingers savoiardi
  • Fresh blackberries & lemon zest for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, combine blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Simmer until soft, mash slightly, and strain if desired. Let cool.
  3. Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip cream to soft peaks. Fold into mascarpone gently.
  5. Briefly dip each ladyfinger into cooled syrup. Layer in a dish.
  6. Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers.

Notes

  • Don’t oversoak the ladyfingers—just a quick dip keeps the layers structured.
  • Frozen blackberries work perfectly; just simmer a minute or two longer to reduce excess moisture.
