Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas wrap or burrito size
  • 8 oz precooked fried chicken tenders or homemade
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp bleu cheese dressing
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup sliced celery
  • 2 tbsp shredded or stick carrots

Method
 

  1. Heat chicken tenders according to package directions. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Toss chicken with buffalo sauce until coated.
  3. Spread bleu cheese dressing in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Layer romaine, celery, and carrots on top.
  5. Add chicken and sprinkle extra bleu cheese if desired.
  6. Fold the sides in, then roll tightly into a wrap.
  7. Brown quickly on a hot skillet or griddle. Serve warm.

Notes
