- Assemble skewers: tomato, folded basil, mozzarella.
- Arrange on a platter. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Notes
• Ciliegine mozzarella works best for uniform size, but you can cut larger bocconcini in half if needed.
• Fold larger basil leaves for easier skewering and prettier presentation.
• For homemade balsamic glaze: simmer ½ cup balsamic vinegar with 1 tbsp honey until reduced by half.
