Ingredients
  

  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 mini mozzarella balls ciliegine
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry tomatoes and basil. Pat mozzarella dry.
  2. Thread tomato, basil, and mozzarella onto each skewer.
  3. Arrange on a platter. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  5. Chill until ready to serve or enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Choose ripe, sweet cherry tomatoes for the best flavor.
  • If your basil leaves are large, tear them in half to fit better on the skewers.
