These Captain Crunch Marshmallow Bars are soft, chewy cereal treats made with fruity Captain Crunch Berries, gooey marshmallows, and a buttery base. With pops of color and crunch in every bite, they’re the ultimate quick no-bake dessert that’s fun to make and even more fun to eat.

Ingredients
  

  • 4⅔ tablespoons butter
  • 6 cups 10-ounce bag mini marshmallows, divided
  • 6⅔ cups Captain Crunch Berries cereal

Method
 

  1. Spray a 9×13-inch pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
  2. In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add 5 cups of mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
  4. Add cereal and remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows. Stir until evenly combined.
  5. Press mixture evenly into the greased pan using sprayed hands or a buttered spatula.
  6. Let cool completely at room temperature. Cut into squares and enjoy.

Notes

  • For easy cleanup, line the pan with parchment paper before pressing the mixture.
  • Want more gooey bites? Add an extra ½ cup of unmelted marshmallows at the end.
  • A dash of vanilla extract in the melted base adds an extra layer of flavor.
