Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef 85% lean
  • 1 large onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring often, until golden and caramelized.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart.
  5. Drain fat and stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook 2–3 more minutes.
