Method
- Boil gnocchi in salted water. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease your baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Slowly add milk, whisking constantly.
- Simmer and stir until thickened (8–10 minutes).

Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt and texture.
