Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups cauliflower chopped (about ½ head)
  • 2 tsp steak seasoning
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 oz cream cheese cut into cubes
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray an 8×10″ casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Chop cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
  4. Microwave in a bowl with a little water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
  5. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with steak seasoning, breaking it up as it browns.
