Cheesy Pizza Meatball Bites are a fun, crowd-pleasing appetizer made with crescent dough, juicy meatballs, pizza sauce, and melty mozzarella. Baked in a mini muffin tin, they’re the ultimate finger food—perfect for parties, potlucks, or quick weeknight snacks. Serve with extra sauce for dipping and watch them vanish!

Ingredients
  

  • 24 small frozen meatballs 1 oz each
  • 1 8 oz tube Pillsbury crescent dough sheet
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook frozen meatballs according to package, but cut cook time in half.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Roll out crescent dough on a cutting board and cut into 24 equal squares.
  4. Spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  5. Press one dough square into each cup.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce into the bottom of each dough cup.
  7. Place a partially-cooked meatball on top and press down gently.

Notes

  • You can use homemade meatballs too—just make sure they’re small and partially cooked.
  • Swap in marinara or barbecue sauce for a flavor twist.
  • Add a pinch of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes for more flavor.
