- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk all glaze ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Crush Ritz crackers in a bag with a rolling pin.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper, eggs, cheese, milk, crushed crackers, salt, and pepper.

Notes
- You can substitute crushed saltines or breadcrumbs if you’re out of Ritz, but you’ll miss that buttery touch!
- Want extra cheesy? Add more cheddar or mix in some mozzarella.
- Bake in a loaf pan if you prefer cleaner edges—just adjust baking time slightly.
