Method
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned.
- Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in ketchup, steak sauce, Worcestershire, mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes. Add broth if needed.
- Butter and toast buns if desired.
- Spoon meat onto buns, top with cheese and desired toppings. Serve hot and enjoy.
