This copycat grilled chicken club sandwich features tender marinated chicken breasts, grilled to perfection and stacked with cheese, bacon, and a crave-worthy honey BBQ mayo. It’s bold, balanced, and better than takeout.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • Lettuce and tomato slices
  • 2 multigrain sandwich buns
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in milk, pickle juice, sugar, and spices for 1–12 hours.
  2. Cook bacon and set aside.
  3. Grill chicken until 165°F internal temp.
  4. Mix mayo, BBQ sauce, and honey.
  5. Toast buns and assemble sandwich with sauce, veggies, chicken, cheese, and bacon.

Notes

  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness before marinating for faster and more even grilling.
  • Try swapping Colby Jack for pepper jack or cheddar for a flavor twist.
