Ingredients
  

  • 1 homemade pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese plus a little extra for topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and freshly ground black pepper or to taste
  • 1 cup cooked chicken chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk. Add Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir until creamy. Set aside.
  6. Roll or stretch pizza dough into a large circle.
  7. For thick crusts, pre-bake at 425°F for 4–5 minutes.
