Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken legs about 2 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat chicken legs dry, then toss to coat in the seasoning mixture.
  4. Arrange chicken legs in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
