Method
- Slice all ingredients thinly.
- Heat skillet with butter and stir fry chicken until cooked.
- Remove and set aside.
- Stir fry onion, carrot, and bell pepper for 2β3 minutes.
- Add cabbage and stir for 1β2 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan. Add sauces and toss to coat.
- (Optional) Add cornstarch slurry to thicken.

Notes
- Chicken thighs stay extra juicy, but breasts also work well for a leaner version.
- You can skip the cornstarch if you like a lighter, thinner sauce.
- Add chili flakes or fresh ginger for a spicy kick.
