Ingredients
  

  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips divided
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie plate or 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Melt butter and 2 cups of chocolate chips until smooth. Let cool.
  3. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla on medium-high for 3 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Stir in cooled chocolate mixture.
  5. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in remaining 1 cup chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into pan and bake for 35–40 minutes until center is puffed.
