Method
- In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, and seasonings.
- Marinate 10–15 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix cabbage, yogurt, lime juice, honey, and salt for the slaw. Chill.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high.
- Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until opaque.
- Warm tortillas. Assemble with slaw, shrimp, and desired toppings.
- Serve fresh with lime wedges.

Notes
- Shrimp cook fast—don’t overdo it or they’ll get rubbery.
- The slaw can be made up to a few hours in advance.
