Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a metal loaf pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mash bananas.
Stir in melted butter, maple syrup, plant milk, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add flour and oats, mix until batter forms.
Pour batter into the pan. Mix swirl ingredients in a bowl and drizzle over batter.
Swirl gently with a spoon.
Bake for 55–60 minutes, until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
