Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Shape into a loaf by hand or pack into a greased loaf pan and flip onto the baking sheet.
- Remove the pan.
- Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
- Mix ketchup and vinegar in a small bowl.
