Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds 80%-90% ground beef or mix of 1 lb pork + 1 lb beef
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • cup beef broth or milk
  • 2 large eggs whisked
  • 2 –3 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • teaspoons kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a loaf pan or baking sheet with foil and spray lightly.
  3. In a large bowl, gently mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, broth, eggs, parsley.
  4. Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until just combined.
  5. Shape into a loaf in the pan or on the sheet.
  6. Mix ketchup (or BBQ sauce) and brown sugar, then spread it over the loaf.
