- Mix until just combined.
- Shape into a loaf and place in prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.

Notes
- Use lean ground beef, but not too lean—some fat keeps it moist.
- Fresh breadcrumbs or panko both work well.
