- In a blender, combine the milk, cottage cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in dried basil and oregano.
- Simmer the sauce, stirring frequently, until warmed through and slightly thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Toss with cooked pasta and optional meat or veggies.
- Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
