Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs separated
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks with cottage cheese, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture.
  5. Spoon batter onto prepared baking sheet in 3–4 inch rounds.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and set.
  7. Cool slightly and serve.
